Maydew/Jeblick Award

 

This coveted award was created at the request of the Foundation Board of Directors in 1999 to honor the memory of two deceased volunteers whose impact on the Museum was also significant. The generous and caring spirits of Randall C. Maydew and Harold Jeblick will live on as an exemplary volunteer is honored annually. A beautiful polished metal southwestern award as well as an original handcrafted sterling silver and turquoise pin to be worn exclusively by Maydew/Jeblick Award recipients.

The Museum Staff selected the recipients based upon the following criteria:

  • Duration, breadth, and impact of service
  • Public support and promotion of National Atomic Museum
  • Resources leveraged
  • Consistency of commitment
