St. Augustine's "Cite de dieu" or "City of God"This is a photograph of the first page of Saint Augustine's Cite de dieu (Ms Ludwig XI 10, fol.2). It is thought to have been copied and illustrated between 1440 and 1470 in the Nantes region of France.
